What does your removal quotation include?
Everything! Each quotation is based upon the client’s needs, no hidden extras!

How long do you need to complete a removal survey?
We would usually take no more than an hour to assess your requirements and answer any questions you may have regarding our service.

When should I contact a removal company?
It is never too early to make a start. In an ideal world we would recommend you commence your search as follows:-
International – 2/3 months in advance, allowing sufficient time to finalise your shipping arrangements.
Local or UK – 4/6 weeks this will allow sufficient time to obtain competitive quotes and storage facilities if required.

How do I arrange a quotation?
Simply give us a call on 01434 609631 or complete our Request a Quote form. Our home survey is FREE of charge and without obligation. One of our experienced removal consultants will visit you at a pre-arranged time to discuss what you are taking with you and what you may need to store.

What is included in the removal price?
Up to forty boxes for your own packing will be provided FREE of charge upon acceptance of the quotation, these are to be returned on completion of your move. On the day of the move your hanging clothes will be placed in wardrobe boxes to keep them clean and crease free.

What is included in the packing service?
A member of our packing team will arrive at a pre-arranged time usually the day prior to your removal day. All packing materials used are provided FREE of charge, boxes are to be returned after your move.

What happens to the boxes?
All boxes need to be returned to us, we will collect them if necessary, or they can be dropped off at our premises. Please note we do not collect wet boxes. As part of our commitment to the environment we recycle wherever possible.
