Option 2

Fill out the Self Assessment Form, giving as much detail as you can for a member of staff to give you the best quotation based on the information you provide.

Option 3

Download our pdf form, print, fill out and return via mail or fax or alternatively use it with Option 2 to take note of furniture around the house before submitting the the Self Assessment Form.
